West Show Entertainment 2010
This year the West Show will have a varied mix of entertainment, besides the
traditional tented exhibits to admire and be amazed by and the various animals that
have been lovingly prepared for showing, there will be many other forms of entertainment,
with arena events and side shows to keep the whole family amused and amazed.

Main Arena:
Sheep dog display
Sheep shearing display
Stunt Motorbike display (Steve Colley)
Trapeeze act (Above & Beyond)
Guernsey Scout band
Fire juggling act (Flare)
The grand pageant (120 years of hay making) with up to 100 people in period costume
(Thursday afternoon).
Classic tractor drive (Thursday afternoon).
In the Beer Tent:
Band - The Pirates of Rocquaine (Wednesday Night)
Meat Draw (Thursday 6.00 pm)
Band - City Limits (Thursday Night)
Show ground and Side stalls, including:
A large funfair.
Tractor driving competition.
Traditional Guernsey evening (Wednesday evening) incorporating the legendary
West Show band.
Dancesport
Demonstration of traditional and modern crafts (Thursday afternoon).
Crown and anchor.
On site catering for many tastes including of course a beer tent.
