    Horse Competitions

    Horse & Pony (not harness) entries will be accepted on or before 28th July by Mrs. J. Bufton at “Donegal”, Pleinmont Road. All entries (including harness) will be accepted between 6.00pm and 7.00pm on 28th July at St. Pierre du Bois Parish Hall, after which they will be deemed to be a Late Entry and will be accepted only at the Entry Fee Plus £3.00, late entries will be accepted up the start of the proceeding class on competition days.

    Substitutions of either horse or rider will incur a fee of £3.00. Height certificates for ponies/horses may be asked for. Gymkhana entries accepted on day of show at the normal fee.

    TROPHY WINNERS. PLEASE RETURN TROPHIES WITH YOUR ENTRIES OTHERWISE ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
    In making an entry the owner/competitor admits that they are covered by third party insurance.
    The West United Agricultural and Horticultural Society will not accept any claim for an accident howsoever caused. Proof of insurance may be asked for.
    Abusive language to any show official will not be tolerated. This may incur disqualification.
    The Committee reserves the right to amalgamate or divide classes or refuse entries if necessary.
    Trophies will be presented at the Show after each class; trophy winners are responsible for engraving.
    Competitors must note that on Wednesday 15th August and Thursday 16th August free admission will be restricted to competitors and horse box/horse trailer drivers. All other vehicles and people must pay for admission.
